Description
Labelled Trastuzumab is a recombinant, stable isotope labelled, humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody designed as an internal standard for quantitative analysis of Trastuzumab in plasma and tumour samples. Trastuzumab binds to human epidermal growth factor receptor protein (HER2) and is applied for treatment of HER-2 positive cancers.
