Description
Labelled Pembrolizumab-like is a recombinant, stable isotope labelled IgG4-Kappa monoclonal antibody containing proteotypic peptides derived from Pembrolizumab’s originator sequence. Labelled Pembrolizumab- like is designed for use as an internal standard for quantitative analysis of Pembrolizumab in plasma samples. Pembrolizumab targets the immune checkpoint programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) and is used to treat a number of cancers.
