Description
Labelled Nivolumab-like is a recombinant, stable isotope labelled monoclonal IgG4-Kappa antibody containing proteotypic peptides derived from Nivolumab’s originator sequence. Labelled Nivolumablike is designed for use as an internal standard for quantitative analysis of Nivolumab in plasma samples. Nivolumab targets the immune checkpoint programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) and is used to treat a number of cancers.
