Description
Golimumab is a human monoclonal antibody used as an immunosuppressive medication. It is a TNF inhibitor and targets tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha), a pro-inflammatory molecule. Used in treatment of moderately-to-severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA), active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) anda ctive ankylosing spondylitis (AS).
