Description
Labelled Etanercept is a recombinant, stable isotope labelled human fusion protein consisting of the tumor necrosis factor receptor linked to the Fc portion of human IgG1. Labelled Etanercept is designed for use as an internal standard for quantitative analysis of Etanercept in plasma samples. Etanercept, a tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) inhibitor, is a widely used treatment of immunological diseases including arthritis and plaque psoriasis.
