Description
Labelled Emicizumab-like is a recombinant, stable isotope labelled monoclonal IgG4-Lambdaantibody containing proteotypic peptide derived from Emicizumab’s originator sequence. Labelled Emicizumab-like is designed for use as an internal standard for quantitative analysis of Emicizumab in plasma samples. Emicizumab targets Factor IXa and Factor X used to treat hemophilia A.
