Description
Daratumumab is an IgG1k monoclonal antibody directed against CD38, that induces apoptosis indirectly, via antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, complement-dependent cytotoxicity, inhibition of mitochondrial transfer or antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis.
