Description
Labelled Secukinumab-like is a recombinant, stable isotope labelled monoclonal IgG1-Kappa antibody containing proteotypic peptides derived from Secukinumab’s originator sequence. Labelled Secukinumab-like is designed for use as an internal standard for quantitative analysis of Secukinumab in plasma samples. Secukinumab targets IL-17A cytokine and is used to treat duveitis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and psoriasis.
