Description
Labelled Eculizumab is a recombinant, stable isotope labelled monoclonal IgG2-G4-Kappadesignedforuseasaninternal standard for quantitative analysis of Eculizumab in plasma samples. Eculizumab targets complement protein C5 and is used to reduce the risk of hemolysis in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS).
