Recombinant Human Carboxypeptidase B2 (CPB2) or Thrombin-activable fibrinolysis inhibitor (TAFI) protein is expressed in human cells with a poly-His purification tag at the C-terminus and purified using proprietary method including IMAC and Ion Exchange chromatography.
